Oaktree Entertainment is a Los Angeles-based multifaceted production company dedicated to developing creative content, producing and financing independent and studio films. We strive to create thoughtful, intelligent and unique entertainment with commercial appeal.
Founder and CEO Pierre Jonson created Oaktree Entertainment in 2010 to create original film and television programs aimed to impact the airways with positive, uplifting content. Born and raised in Washington D.C., Pierre Johnson is an actor and producer who studied Broadcasting and Communication from Coppin State University in Baltimore Maryland. Pierre moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career and became one of the original cast members of BET’s Hell Date. Since then, Johnson has worked on several commercials, music videos, film and television shows. Constantly striving to grow and develop his craft, Pierre began creating and producing his own original projects.

Pierre Antonio Johnson is a real connector and a rising entrepreneur in today’s entertainment industry. As a young boy growing up in the inner city of Washington DC, he often found peace while dreaming big as he watched the city’s skyline from his humble Clifton Terrance’s balcony.
Johnson relocated to Hollywood and established a significant present as an actor and comedian. Of his many achievements, he valued people. Having a genuine love for people and a natural gift of cultivating original ideas, Johnson’s network grew as he became advisor to investors in the entertainment and entrepreneur field.
Judi Johnson
Judi Johnson is the Vice President of Development and Production at Oaktree Entertainment where she oversees current and future projects.
Judi Johnson discovered her love for entertainment as a young girl growing up in Clarendon, Jamaica. Watching her eldest sister compete in the “Miss Jamaica” pageant ignited in her a passion for the runway, inspiring her to emulate the glamour models she saw onscreen and in magazines.
While living in Maryland, at the age of 14, the still-shy Judi received the opportunity to become what she revered with her first modeling job. Gaining confidence with each gig, Judi’s modeling career presented new opportunities in the commercial, film and television. Since then, Judi has worked in multiple Commercials, Film and Television productions. With her insight, success and industry knowledge of 18 years, Judi is excited to set greater goals as she joins OTE in creating and producing uplifting content for Television and Film.
